Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days may ship the same day, depending on age verification completion and product availability.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing may be delayed if additional age or identity verification is required.

Where We Ship

We ship only to states and jurisdictions where vape and tobacco products are lawful. Due to varying state and local regulations, we are unable to ship to certain locations.

We do not guarantee availability of products in every jurisdiction. Orders may be restricted or canceled based on state or local laws.

You are responsible for knowing whether products can legally be shipped to and received at your address. Please review our Shipping Restrictions page for a list of states with known restrictions.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

No P.O. Box Deliveries

Due to adult signature requirements, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar locations where in-person age verification is not possible. Please provide a physical street address where someone 21+ can sign for the package.

Adult Signature & Age Verification at Delivery

As required by federal law (PACT Act), all shipments containing vape and tobacco products require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The carrier will:

• Request a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the recipient is 21 years or older
• Refuse delivery if no one 21+ is present to sign
• Make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package

Please ensure someone 21 years or older with valid photo ID is available to receive your package.

No Order Rerouting After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package. Orders cannot be held at carrier facilities, redirected to alternate addresses, or picked up at distribution centers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Failure to provide adult signature/age verification
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer
• Refused delivery
• Unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts

The customer is responsible for these failed deliveries. Refunds will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to age verification failure or address issues. Reshipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellations Due to Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if we determine that the products cannot legally be shipped to your location, or if we cannot verify your age or identity. You will be notified by email if your order is canceled for compliance reasons.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding or indication of the contents. The return address will show our business name only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account. Track your package to know when to expect delivery so someone 21+ can be available to sign.
